The quiet scan that catches it early.

Lung cancer is the #1 cancer killer in America — and the one most often caught too late. A low-dose chest CT, taken once a year, reduces lung cancer deaths by 20% in eligible adults. We make it simple to get the order.

The Evidence

A 20% reduction in lung cancer mortality.

The National Lung Screening Trial followed 53,000 current and former heavy smokers across 33 US centers. Those screened annually with low-dose CT were significantly less likely to die of lung cancer than those who received chest X-rays.

Common questions

Straight answers, no upsell.

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants a physician-signed low-dose chest CT order for lung cancer screening. There is no qualification quiz. We ask for the details needed to prepare the order accurately and help you find nearby accredited imaging centers.
How much does the CT itself cost?
You pay the imaging center directly — typically $120–$350 for a low-dose chest CT, depending on location. Insurance only covers LDCT screening for people meeting strict Medicare/USPSTF criteria (ages 50–80, heavy smoking history); outside of that, screening is a cash pay. Yellowstone is not billed through insurance.
Is this a replacement for a primary care doctor?
No. Our physicians provide a screening order only. Any findings should be reviewed and followed up with your primary care provider or a pulmonologist.
How is my health information protected?
We are HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in a BAA-covered AWS environment, and every access to your chart is audit-logged.
What if I don't have a primary care doctor?
That's common, and it's exactly why we exist. Your order is accepted at any ACR-accredited imaging facility. We can also send results to a provider of your choice.
